Do you offer custom work?
We do take on custom orders. Just get in touch and we’ll be happy to discuss it with you.

We’re a tiny enterprise, so please be patient when waiting for an email response. We get to everything as soon as we can, but our inbox is often swamped! It may take a couple of days to get to your message. We really appreciate your patience.
What's your return policy?
As almost all our products are handmade and made to order, we unfortunately can't offer returns or exchanges, unless we’ve made an error in the order. If you have any problems with your purchase, please do get in touch. We go to every effort to make our products the best they can be, and we will be happy to repair or replace anything that should break or be damaged.
How do you ship orders?
Usually we ship orders within three days of ordering, however as many of our pieces are made to order, please allow two to three weeks for dispatch.
Public holidays or production issues may add another couple of days to this, but usually we ship things out much sooner.
If you need something urgently, please get in touch - we'll do our best to help.
All our items are shipped securely and well packaged to avoid damage. In the rare event that something does get damaged in the mail, please contact us and we will work it out!
We unfortunately cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail. Please ensure you enter a correct address where it is safe to receive packages, and select a insured shipping service if you are concerned.
